I love the art of discovery, knowing the unknown and feeling excited that you now know what you didn’t know…you know what I mean?

So I happened to find myself on Kickstarter (the world’s largest funding platform for creative projects), and for some reason I started to explore the category‘Technology’. I was completely awe-struck by some of the most innovative gadgets I have ever come across in my life. NeuroOn: World’s first sleep mask for polyphasic sleep

NeuroOn
What is it?  “NeuroOn is the world’s first brainwave – monitoring SLEEP MASK that allows you to switch from monophasic to polyphasic sleep. That means you can sleep less and more efficiently by alternating sleep patterns that can reduce the required sleep time to just 2-6 hours daily. It involves breaking up your sleep into smaller parts throughout the day, which allows you to sleep less but feel as refreshed as if you slept for 8 hours or more.”

Why I love it, in a nutshell? “Polyphasic sleep can give you an extra 4 hours of free time every day. That’s up to 28 hours (1 day+) a week, 1460 hours a year. - Your year now has over 420 working days!” Less sleep, more time to do what I want, I can work with that!
