I love the return of Summer for this very reason…smoothie time! This yummy-licious recipe is one of my personal faves, in my perfect world bananas are everything! So what do you get when you combine them with the juicy mango…FRESHNESS, FRUITYNESS, and a whole lot of VITAMIN C!
Ingredients
- 1 medium mango
- 1 banana
- 500ml orange juice (I personally use apple juice)
- 4 ice cubes
- Pink straw (without this, the look is simply incomplete)
Step 1
Cut the mango down either side of the flat stone, then peel and cut the flesh into chunks.
Step 2
Peel and chop the banana.
Step 3
Put all the ingredients into a food processor or blender, then process until smooth and thick. Keep in the fridge and use the day you make it.
