Keep Them Updated
We all like to know what’s going on. Keep people updated but not overloaded. Let them know what’s hot, what you have to offer, what can they expect from you that was different to last season? They need a reason to keep on coming back for more.
Give Them An Incentive
Who says no to a free gift? To add on to our last point, the question is how can you keep people coming back? Customers like it when you reward their loyalty with vouchers, discounts, loyalty cards, and gifts. Giving customers something tangible keeps them happy!
