“OMG! How can I go to Leah’s birthday party tomorrow with this gigantic ZIT!?! MY LIFE IS OVER!!!!” Well at least you thought it was until now.

Reality is girls, we don’t always have the funds to do a CODE RED shop run for Clearasil Ultra, so when emergencies like the typical ‘spot crisis’ arise, we go back to basics (that you probably didn’t even know about.)

I can personally testify to the power of toothpaste and ice for saving my ‘hiney’ on many occasions and since writing this article I have gratefully been enlightened to more super overnight spot removers.

I guarantee you, from this moment on your life will never be the same!

1. As I previously mentioned above ‘Toothpaste’ is truly a miracle worker. Apply a small amount over your pimple and leave it overnight. Tomorrow, Leah’s party will definitely be back on schedule, the difference will speak for itself.

2. ICE ICE BABY! It’s certainly will be a cold experience, but sometimes we must suffer for beauty (as long as it isn’t life threatening of course). Take an ‘ice cube’, wrap it in a soft (clean) piece of cloth and hold it on your pimple for a few minutes, I usually leave it there for 10-15 minutes.

3. ‘Honey’ has been the most incredible sweetener to my herbal teas, but in this case it’s a miraculous remover of spots. Apply some honey over your pimples, allow it to dry for about an hour and then rinse with warm water.

4. Last but not least, there’s ‘Calamine Lotion’. After doing your usual cleansing routine, apply some CL over any affected areas. After a peaceful sleep and another morning face wash, you’ll be pinching yourself silly. Seriously if you never believed it was possible for spots to virtually disappear, they do now.
