A
homemade Chamomile Oatmeal face mask is a simple yet exceptional way to turn your dry winter skin, silky and smooth.

Ingredients
2 Tablespoon Chamomile Tea (Strongly Brewed)
1/2 Cup Oats
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Tablespoon honey
2 Tablespoon White Sugar (optional)

Step 1- Brew n’ Mix
Brew a cup of chamomile tea. In a small bowl mix oats, baking soda and honey.

Step 2 – Add Em’
Start out by adding only 2 Tablespoons of tea to oat mixture and set aside for 5 minutes. If mixture is too dry, add a small amount of tea at a time…just don’t add too much!

Step 3 – Make It Sweet
Add 2 Tablespoons of white sugar (optional) and mix to combine, this will make the mask super chunky.

Step 4 – Make It Happen
Apply to washed, damp face and let sit 5 minutes. Rinse and apply moisturiser.

Honey- helps remove dead skin cells
Baking soda- neutralises skins acidity and softens skin
