Chai Tea
You can’t beat the sensation of hot cinnamon flowing through your nostrils! Chai Tea is a refreshing recipe containing fresh ginger – a lifesaver for that winter flu!

Ingredients
2 cardamom seeds
2 cloves
1 black peppercorn
½ cinnamon stick
1 piece fresh ginger, sliced
¼ cup whole milk
1 bag black tea
2 tsp sugar (optional)

Step 1
Place the cardamom seeds, cloves, and peppercorn in to a re-sealable plastic bag and crush.

Step 2
Place the crushed spices in to a medium saucepan. Add cinnamon stick, ginger, milk, ½ cup of water and bring to boil.

Step 3
Remove saucepan from heat, add the tea bags then cover and let mixture sit for 10 minutes.

Step 4
Strain into cups and add sugar to sweeten taste.
